The Client

A platform that did not exist — built because a son needed it to.

MyCares is a consumer health and wellness platform built for people managing their own health alongside the health of aging parents or loved ones. Founded from direct personal experience, the client came to Sifars with a clear vision and a specific gap — a single platform that unified everything, built from scratch, because nothing like it existed.

The Problem
The Problem

Ten Apps for One Life.
None of Them
Talking to Each Other.

Before MyCares, managing your health meant managing a stack of apps. One for fitness. One for diet. One for reminders. One for family messages. Each solved a small piece of the problem. None of them connected.

The real cost was not the subscriptions — though those added up to $40–$80 a month. It was the moment before a doctor's appointment when medication history sat in one app, health notes in another, and family questions were buried in a messaging thread. Everything existed. Nothing was ready.

The Solution

Not Another App.
The One Place Where
Everything Connects.

Sifars understood the client was not asking for another wellness feature. He was asking for the single place where everything connected. The team built MyCares end-to-end — mobile app, AI coaching service, UI designs, and landing page — without the client needing to manage separate vendors for each.

🤖 AI Wellness Coach

Everything logged throughout the day is reviewed by a personal AI coach. It flags what is slipping and suggests one concrete action — gently, not as an order.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Care Management

Set up a loved one's profile and manage their medication schedules, reminders, and appointments from your own account — regardless of whether they use the app themselves.

💊 Medicine & Appointments

Medications, dosage schedules, and doctor appointments in one place — with reminders that appear even when the phone is locked.

🏃 Activity, Diet & Fasting

Log workouts, meals, fasting windows, and hydration in the same app used for everything else. No switching between tools.

👥 Groups, Chat & Events

Coordinate family check-ins, shared goals, and outings through built-in chat and event management — no third-party messaging needed.

🔔 Persistent Notifications

Critical reminders appear as full-screen alerts on Android and as status bar notifications on iPhone — designed to be seen, not missed.

The Outcome

Ten Tools Replaced.
One Daily View.
Peace of Mind.

Impact Visualization

"Now I start and end the day with one place that gives me a complete view of what matters. There's less mental clutter, fewer things slipping through the cracks."

— Anil, Founder, MyCares
Key Achievement

One platform replaced ten separate tools — and gave the client the ability to manage his own health and his parents' from a single daily view.

MyCares launched simultaneously on the App Store and Google Play. The platform immediately replaced what had required ten separate tools with a single daily experience covering health tracking, family care, medication management, diet, reminders, and AI coaching.

The feature users noticed most was the AI coaching layer — not as an instruction system, but as a quiet observer. It analyses what a user logs throughout the day and surfaces one actionable suggestion at a time. If hydration is low, it points at it. If a pattern is slipping, it says so.

For users managing a parent's health remotely — setting medication schedules, tracking appointments, receiving alerts on their behalf — the family care layer closed a gap no existing wellness app had built for.

Is This Your Business?

If you are running something that matters — a daily operation, a family's care, a product — across tools that each solve only a small part of the problem, you already know what this costs. Not in a crisis. In the minutes spent searching for information you know you have somewhere.

No pitch. No proposal. Just clarity.
